Contact support
Support email
info@vaultglobal.techTell us what you were trying to do and what happened. We will never ask you to email your password, recovery code, encryption keys, full sign-in token, or an invitation code.
Sign-in help
- Confirm that the username is entered exactly as registered.
- Check your connection, then try once more.
- If you added and verified a recovery email, select Forgot Password on the sign-in screen and follow the secure link sent to that address.
- If the app still cannot sign in, contact support with your username, app version, device model, and the short user-facing error text.
For your security, password-recovery responses do not reveal whether a username or recovery address exists. A permanently deleted account cannot be restored or registered again under the same username.
Invitations
Registration requires a valid, unexpired invitation. An invitation can be limited to a specific username and number of uses. If it is expired, revoked, already used, or intended for another username, ask the person or organization that issued it for help.
Do not post invitation codes publicly or send them to support unless we specifically provide a secure way to investigate one. An invitation controls access; it does not verify the identity of the person using it.
Block or report someone
From a profile
Open the person’s profile and choose Block User, Report User, or Report and Block. Blocking stops new messages, calls, notification wakes, typing, and presence delivery between both accounts. The other person is not told that you blocked them.
From a message
Press and hold the message, choose Report Message, and select the category that best describes the problem. You will see a short summary before sending.
Including message text is optional and turned off by default. If you turn it on, only the selected readable message excerpt is shared with moderation. Attachments and the rest of the conversation are not included.
If there is immediate danger, contact your local emergency services. ZeroChat support is not an emergency-response service.
Delete your account
- Sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Open Settings and choose Delete My Account below Logout.
- Enter your current password.
- Read the confirmation and confirm the irreversible action.
Once ZeroChat accepts the request, account access ends immediately and cannot be restored. Encrypted attachment, backup, and temporary service copies are then removed with a 24-hour service target. The app may briefly show that it is finishing this cleanup. If it takes longer, the account remains deleted while cleanup continues.
Messages and files already received by another person may remain on that person’s device or independently encrypted backup. Signing out is not account deletion: it clears the current device but keeps the account available for a later sign-in.
If an accepted deletion remains in a finishing state after 24 hours, contact support from the device that submitted it. Do not create a second deletion request, clear the app, or email the deletion confirmation unless support gives you a secure path.
Security concerns
If you believe your account is compromised, sign out of devices you no longer control, change your password through the supported recovery flow, and contact us. Include “Security” in the email subject for a suspected account takeover or a vulnerability that could affect others.
Do not test a security issue against another person’s account, access data that is not yours, or include attack code or sensitive user data in ordinary email. Give us a short description first so we can arrange a safe follow-up channel.
What to include
The following usually helps us investigate without exposing secrets:
- your ZeroChat username;
- device model and operating-system version;
- ZeroChat version shown in Settings;
- the approximate time and time zone of the problem;
- the screen and action that led to it; and
- the exact short message shown by the app.
A screenshot is optional. Remove unrelated names, messages, notifications, QR codes, or other private information before sending it. Never send a password, recovery code, encryption key, full sign-in token, or invitation code.
